Refund & Return Policy

1. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

We may request:

  • Photo(s) of the item received

  • Photo(s) of the packaging with barcode

  • A short video if needed

Requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

2. Lost or undelivered packages

If your order has not been delivered within the timeframes below, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement:

  • United States: 30 days after shipment

  • Canada: 40 days after shipment

Exceptions may apply during peak seasons.

3. Returns not accepted

Due to our logistics process, we do not accept physical returns.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Item does not fit personal expectations

4. Refund method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

5. Order cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are fulfilled.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
